Our colleague Yannick Mariman recently completed his Data Analyst Nanodegree. During this training he was interested in the effect of the maintenance levels (either inside or outside) on rental prices. He found out that the housing types prices vary a lot per municipality category. For this reason, he also investigated the effect for each category separately. It appeared that the housing prices increase if the maintenance levels are higher. Prices in the 4 big cities in the Netherlands are generally higher compared to other places in the Netherlands. This goes for the maintenance levels inside as well as outside.
